The city of Little Rock received a grant from the Brownfield Project. That is how the buildings are being renovated.

There is also a grant from the Arkansas Resources Commission for a water demonstration project. It will show how water drain off from buildings can be put into gardens and other ways to green up the area.

And a third grant from the National Endowment for the Arts will help make Main Street a creative corridor.
