One of two men charged in last week's deadly robbery-turned-shooting at a fast food restaurant inside Park Plaza Mall in Little Rock had been accused of stealing money from the business just over two weeks before the incident.

That's according to the Little Rock Police Department, which today released a report from February that holds the details.

The report states that the manager of Sbarro Pizza called police on February 12th when he noted that $1,006 was missing from the previous night's receipts.

The manager told police he suspected Tristan Bryant, who worked as the night shift manager, was involved in the theft.

The report notes the manager confronted Bryant about the missing money and that Bryant denied being involved.

Sixteen days later, Bryant would be arrested, along with Deonte Edison, who also worked at Sbarro, for a robbery that led to the shootings of two other workers, one of whom was killed.
