We've heard it all before: an ounce of vino and a sweet treat can go a long way on Valentines Day, but can a little cab and cocoa go hand in hand for heart health too?

Doctor Jamon Pruitt with the Walker Heart Institute say's it's true! But there's a catch -- You can't go get the whole pound of chocolate and eat it. Not only do these delicacies delight your tastebuds, they also help out the most lovable organ of all!

They provide what we call antioxidants which help clean up the arteries 11 lower the bad kind of cholesterol

But we're not talkin' milk chocolate here. You want the dark stuff. The darker the chocolate the higher the coca the more bitter it is. The better it is for you. So for that V day supper - some sweets and spirits- could be just what the doctor ordered.

A little red wine and maybe a chocolate for dessert 16 all in moderation
