Group Calls Ministers Visiting Students at School Unconstitutional

A conservative, religious advocacy group believes a Conway school's policy allowing religious ministers to visit students on campus is unconstitutional.

Conway schools retained the Liberty Institute to provide an opinion on the policy after a secular group protested the school district's practice.

The report found the visitor policy neutral in regard to religion, but it did recommend ways to limit ministers' access to only certain students.
