State Police Investigate Deadly Crash

A man is dead after a crash in Jackson County.

Early Saturday morning, 69-year-old Walter Owen Hall was driving on Highway 67, just north of Newport, when authorities say he lost control of his car.

The accident report shows Hall was thrown from his pickup.

Arkansas State Police continue investigating the cause of the accident.
