Arkadelphia Police Investigate Shooting Death, Suspect in Custody

According to the Arkadelphia Police Department an adult man was shot and killed in Arkadelphia at around 8:45 p.m. on Wednesday.
According to police, another man suspected of shooting the victim has been taken into custody and was transported to the Clark County Jail, but no other details about the crime were available.
Dispatchers at the Clark County Sheriff's Office declined to provide any information on any subjects being transported to the facility, saying KARK would have to speak to the sheriff when he was back in the office, per department policy.
