Disclaimer in Arkansas Lottery Application

It's now time for students to apply for Arkansas Lottery Scholarships.
The Arkansas Department of Higher Education wants students and parents to be on the look out for a disclaimer message in this year's application process.
"Just to give students and particular parents because of planning, to let them know that due to the general assembly coming in session in January, that the program could change, said Harold Criswell, Interim Deputy Director."
Some of the changes could range from eligibility to changes in the amount awarded.
