- City of Conway closed its McGee Center shelter at Noon. Power reported to be fully restored to city
Garland County
- First Church of the Nazarene at 3804 Central Avenue in Hot Springs is open
Hot Springs County
- Second Baptist Church on Mill Street in Malvern is open from 7pm to 10 am
Lonoke County
- Cabot Senior Center at 600 N. Grant Street is open
Pulaski County
- Methodist Church on Page Street is open from 10am to 7pm
- Jacksonville Community Center at 5 Municipal Drive is open
- North Little Rock Community Center at 2700 Willow Street is open
- Salvation Army at 1111 W. Markham in Little Rock is open
- Little Rock Compassion Center at 3618 W. Markham is open
- Northside Church of Christ at 917 N. East St. in Benton is open
- The Center at Bishop Park at 6401 Boone Road in Bryant is open
