World AIDS Day is coming up this Saturday, December 1.

The theme for World AIDS Day 2012 is "getting to zero." While global progress is being made, there are still areas where, for a variety of reasons, the HIV/AIDS epidemic is getting worse.

Joining Mallory Hardin in the KARK studio is Dr. Gary Wheeler,  chief of  the Infectious Disease branch at the Arkansas Department of Health HIV/STD section.
