Body of 6 Year-Old Found Dead in Bentonville Identified

Police have identified a little girl found dead in Bentonville as 6-year-old Jersey Bridgeman.

Her body was found just minutes after she was reported missing early Tuesday morning. Police are investigating her death as a homicide.

Wednesday, more than 50 pieces of evidence were collected, and are at the Arkansas State Crime Lab tonight.

Bentonville Police Department has seen a lot of support with this case, including law enforcement agencies from both Benton and Washington counties, and the FBI.
