Pine Bluff Flash Flood Waters Have Receded

Just take a look -- this was the scene Friday in Pine Bluff after Isaac dumped rain in that part of the state.

Flash floods caused trouble for drivers in the area and kept crews busy throughout the day.

We're told the waters have receeded and most areas are clear.
