As your local election headquarters, we're committed to making sure you get to know your candidates.

Monday morning, we continued our series of candidate profiles leading up to Tuesday's primary election. The focus was south Arkansas and the race for Congress in District 4.

It's a three-way race on both sides of the aisle for next week's primary. John Cowart, Beth Anne Rankin and Tom Cotton will battle it out on the Republican side while on the Democrat side, Q Byrum Hurst, State Senator Gene Jeffress and D.C. Morrison will vie for the nomination.

Hurst stopped by our studios Monday morning. Watch the attached video to see what he had to say. Click here to watch Morrison's one-on-one interview and click here to see our sit-down with Jeffress.
