Little Rock's League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC) is threatening legal action against what they say is discrimination by the Little Rock School District.

The two are in a rezoning despite over what LULAC alleges is an attempt by the school district to minimize the representation of Latino students and parents.

The Pulaski County Election Commission was supposed to review the case Wednesday, however that has been canceled leaving LULAC members to say the school board faces no accountability.

"The fact that some of the school board members, other minorities, would not listen to another minorities appeal for their voices to be heard," said Terry Trevino-Richard, President of LULAC Little Rock, "Is unexpected and inexplicable. We don't understand why!"

LULAC told KARK News they will move forward with litigation in this dispute.
