England School Bus Driver Arrested After Leaving Child on Bus

England police arrested a veteran school bus driver after they say he left a child on his bus Wednesday morning.
Police say bus driver James Wagner failed to notice a child who had fallen asleep on the bus.
According to a police report, Wagner parked his bus between 7:45 and 7:50 AM. The child was seen walking
on the bus lot about 8:15.
He was safely taken to school by a supervisor.
Wagner was charged with endangering the welfare of a minor and released. He has a court date in July.

This was obviously a mistake and happens all the time here in Arkansas. He would never knowingly harm a child. This is so unfair, he should never have been arrested! The police need to go after real criminals!

People make mistakes sometimes and I know he did not do this out of harm to anyone. He is a great person and does not need to go through this.
