A family is pleading for the return of a missing female soldier from Fort Bragg, North Carolina. Police are saying Kelli Bordeaux, 23, may be in danger.
An Army official says a bar employee gave her a ride home early Saturday morning, she was reported missing when she didn't report for duty Monday.
Bordeaux's mother says she believes her daughter never made it home.
An Army official speaking anonymously says at some point two text messages were sent from Bordeaux's phone, one saying, "got home safely."
The official didn't know to whom the text was sent or the contents of the second text.
BP Oil Spill Claim Deadline
Today is the deadline for BP, the people and businesses who claim they were harmed by the company's 2010 oil spill to file details of their proposed settlements.
BP agreed in principle last month to resolve claims by more than 100,000 plaintiffs seeking economic and property damages.
With the two year anniversary of the Deepwater Horizon explosion just days away, a federal judge had extended the deadline from Monday.
The oil rig explosion killed eleven people and created the biggest offshore oil spill in U.S. history.
