Updated: September 29, 2011
Republican presidential hopeful Mitt Romney is leading the field in Iowa.

A new survey by the American Research Group of likely Iowa caucusgoers has Romney leading the field with 21-percent of the vote.

Representative Michele Bachmann is second with 15-percent, followed by Rick Perry at 14-percent and Ron Paul with 12-percent.

These results vary greatly from early-September polls that had Perry leading the field.
