Illinois Republicans Nominate Romney

TAMPA BAY, FL -- Illinois' Republican delegation has fallen in line with its counterparts from across the nation to nominate Mitt Romney as their candidate. U.S. Sen. Mark Kirk spoke to the Illinois delegation to the Republican National Convention as well.

Organizers arranged to have a video played Tuesday. Kirk is recovering from a stroke.
