Sex Offender Failed To Register

This week's most wanted is 28 year old Kwasi Mckinney.
He's 5' 7 and 220 pounds. His last known addresses are on Manson Road in Sherwood and on B Hines in Magnolia. Deputies say Mckinney may be dangerous. He's been convicted of sexual assault, but has failed to register his address as a sex offender.
If you know where he is call (501) 340-TIPS (8477). A reward of up to $1,000 could be in your pocket, if you've have any information that leads to an arrest.

Why do so many former offenders fail to register? Why don't they want us to know what they did, where they live and work, and what kind of car they drive? Now the tax payer is going to have to pay to incarcerate this man because he is afraid of a little harassment.
