A newly appointed special prosecutor confirms there are still no formal charges for a Ward man arrested for shooting and killing his employee in November 2012.

Police arrested Christopher Reynolds for the murder of 21-year-old Ernest Hoskins Jr. two weeks after the shooting.  Special prosecutor Jack McQuary says he's interviewing witnesses and working to determine which, if any, charges will be filed in the case.
Reynolds is due back in court March 4th.
