Two Pedestrians Hit in Northwest Arkansas

Fayetteville police arrested 26-year-old Charles Jones for several charges including DWI and leaving the scene of an accident.

According to reports, Jones allegedly hit two pedestrians. 

One of them crashing through a windshield and landing inside of the car. 

Police say Jones eventually pushed the girl that crashed through his windshield out of the car and kept driving.

Jones was later pulled over for not using his headlights but investigators saw the busted windshield and made the connection.

Police say both victims suffered non-life threatening injuries.
