Steven Kissinger Is out of jail tonight after posting a $25,000 bond.

Update (January 11):

A Searcy man has been arrested for a hit and run accident in Little Rock that sent a woman to the hospital on Sunday.

Little Rock Police say Steven Kissinger, 33, was arrested on traffic warrants Thursday afternoon at his workplace in Southwest Little Rock.

Kissinger faces charges that include felony hit and run with injury, along with careless and prohibited driving, and failure to yield to a pedestrian in a crosswalk, both misdemeanors.

Original story (January 7):
A Little Rock woman is run over by a pickup truck, not once,  but twice.

It happened at the intersection of Beechwood Street and Kavanaugh Boulevard, when a woman in the crosswalk was hit by a man making a right turn onto Beechwood.

Police reports say he ran over her with the front tires then stopped. Witnesses say he checked his mirror then kept going, running over the woman with his back tires until a Samaritan jumped in front of the truck asked what was he doing.

The driver, described as a older white male with a beard left the scene.

Police say he was driving a white ford F-150 with military themed license plate.

The victim was taken to a local hospital and is in stable condition. If you have any information - you're asked to contact police.
