Gerald Tayborn, 52, was arrested Tuesday afternoon at 3510 Highway 161 on breaking or entering charges.
The Pulaski County Sheriff's Office (PCSO) says Tayborn stole three pieces of copper pipe, each about two feet long, and valued at fifty-dollars each.
The property owner told deputies he was alerted to the theft when a friend told him they saw an outside water faucet being wiggled back and forth. After confronting Tayborn, the owner called the PCSO.
The copper pipes were returned to the owner after Tayborn's arrest.
Tayborn is being held on $2,500 bond at the Pulaski County Jail.
