Three Pine Bluff women are behind bars and charged with capital murder for the death of a 53 year old man.
Police say Bennetta Green, Kateisa Green, and Ruthie Green are all behind the man's death.
Pine Bluff police are calling it a family dispute.
Police say the victim was shot during a disturbance near Bois D'arc Street and 17th Avenue.

Detectives are investigating a murder in Pine Bluff this evening.
Police say the shooting was the result of a domestic dispute, but are not releasing all the details as the investigation continues.
The victim was shot during a disturbance near Bois D'Arc Street and 17th Avenue.
Police responding to a shots fired call just after 7:00 tonight found a 53-year-old male victim.
The identity of the man has not been released pending notification of relatives.
A spokesperson for the Pine Bluff Police says Bennetta Green is being charged with First Degree Capitol Murder.
Another woman, Ruthie Green is charged with residential burglary.
One more person is being sought for questioning.
