Update: Conway Man Accused of Beating Dogs with Baseball Bat Will Not Have a Trial by Jury

The man accused of beating two dogs to death in August will not face a jury of his peers.

This week, Michael Woole's attorney waived that right-- instead a judge will hear the facts of the case in January.

Woole has plead not gulty in the case, though a witness claimed to have watched as Woole hit the dogs repeatedly.
