3:00 p.m. Update:
Leigh Miller has posted bond and been released from the Pulaski County Jail.

11:45 a.m. Update:
Leigh Miller pleaded guilty to harassment today stemming from the incident at the day care. She will be sentenced Thursday in Little Rock district court.

Miller remains in jail with $5,000 bond in the battery case, to which she pleaded not guilty Tuesday in Little Rock district court.

Original Story:
The woman believed to be behind a pair of disturbing videos taken at a Little Rock day care has been arrested and is now in the Pulaski County jail.

Leigh Miller is being held on harassment charges after a KARK story revealed videos posted to her Twitter account. One shows a 3-year-old boy being forced to remove used toilet paper and feces from a toilet. Another shows him only half dressed. In both videos, detectives say Leigh Miller is taunting and teasing the boy.

When we confronted Miller regarding the videos she said "I was wrong and I know that."

Miller turned herself in to downtown detectives Monday night around 11:30.

She is also being held on 2nd degree battery charges regarding a woman's beating. A video of the assault was also posted on Miller's Twitter page. Miller is being held on about $12,000 bond.

Another woman, Jessica Henson has also been arrested for her part in the beating that happened in Little Rock earlier this month. She is being held on $10,750 bond.

Two other women are still at large with warrants in the beating.

All of you sound like idiots, my stand point is there was a crime done, and they should be punished, doesnt matter if they are black, white, brown, or yellow. If you feel that strongly about why dont you go down and protest instead of hiding behind a computer screen talking trash in the comment section of a article. Just my thought and Im 100% white so this is not a biased comment.

Is that the best they could do? Harrassment? Looked like child abuse to me. If that were my child, I would be most unhappy with those charges.

correct me if im wrong but wasnt the child in the video who was made to pick stuff out of the toilet a white child, why isnt everyone throwing a fit about this video, sounds like it was a violation of his civil rights and the naacp and noble and the little rock black police officers assoc. needs to get involved and make sure this doesnt happen to any other children, but they wont because it was a black woman and a white child now had it been the other way around then it would be a different story
