Supreme Court ruling on Arizona's Controversial Immigration Law

The Supreme Court ruled on Arizona's controversial illegal immigration law, striking down three of the law's four provisions.
According to the Court, the part of the law requiring police to check the status of someone they suspect is not in the U.S. legally could be applied, but it left open the possibility of reviewing it again.

Tropical Storm Debby Hits Florida

Tropical Storm Debby continues to drench the sunshine state.
Parts of Florida received so much rain inmates from a state prison had to be evacuated due to flooding.
Elsewhere, the storm caused some damage to several businesses, including a marina.
Florida Governor Rick Scott has declared a statewide emergency and a tropical storm warning remains in effect for the majority of the state's gulf coast.

Rielle Hunter's Book Released Tuesday

The book written by John Edwards' former mistress is hitting the book stands today.
Rielle Hunter's book is titled "What Really Happened: John Edwards, Our Daughter, and Me."
In the book, Hunter provides intimate details of her affair with the former presidential candidate as his wife, Elizabeth was dying of cancer.
Edwards was acquitted of one charge of campaign finance violations last month and a hung jury was declared on the remaining charges.
