"OK anglers before we get to the buzz bates let's get your statewide fishing report. Let's start with Central Arkansas. This time Lake Conway bass are really hitting on spinner baits. And worms if you're going after the worms, it's black with red flake. Concentrate main lake 4 to 6 foot. Lake Maumelle is coming in really well...spinner bait and jigs. The bream right now are excellent. 10-15 foot crickets. all right let's go north Arkansas. Right now Lake Norfork. If it's windy outside try your spinner baits and wind blown coals. That looks good for you. Try your crate baits on the deep side. The points going into the spawning area. That's producing some pretty good bass. All right south. Lake Earling. That make be new to you but it's all the way down south. Cray baits, spitter baits, buzz baits, plastics. I'm telling you it's probably my hot spot for the whole state.
OK anglers one of the best way to catch bait on top water...buzz baits. I'm telling you there's a whole bunch of different kinds plastic blades, metal blades, buzz blades that run to the left they run to the right. They have double blades and what I want to do is I want to show you some of these blades today and how to buy them and next week I'm actually going to demonstrate them on the river. I want y'all to tune back. but the main thing about going out there and getting a buzz bait is to catch them on top water you need a lot of confidence. You need to buy a couple of them...gain confidence and that's when you're going to use. One of the hot ones right now it the chatter bug. it makes a lot of noise.....They also have the double blades...a little bit more water so with 10 to 15 different buzz baits. You need to choose which one you like. Go out there you need to practice with it. get good with it and you're going to catch a lot of fish. "
