Local AM Buzz: Masked Man Exposing Himself, Clinton Coach Arrested on Sexual Assault Charges

Victims say a white man, wearing a hoodie sweatshirt, sunglasses and a black ski mask is doing very inappropriate things in front of children.
"That's what's really upsetting about it," said one woman. A staff member at Fletcher Library in Hillcrest, she asked us to conceal her identity.
Monday, she called 9-1-1 after some girls ran to the library for refuge from the man.
According to the police report, the man exposed himself to the girls and chased them down the alley.
Lt. Hastings say they've stepped up patrols, worried that it could get worse.
Clinton Jr. High Coach Arrested for Sexual Assault of a Minor
Coach and teacher Lance Campbell was
picked-up by State Police Wednesday and booked into the Van Buren
County Jail.
Prosecutor Cody Hiland says on Thursday
he will formally charge Campbell with 1st Degree Sexual
Assault, in this case defined as: "sexual intercourse or deviant
activity when the victim is a minor and the subject is an employee of
a school district."
He is the third
employee to be arrested in that county in recent days.
Little Rock Teachers Near Contract Agreement
The district made a proposal which has received the blessing of the Little Rock Education Association's negotiating team.
Chairperson Debbie Desjardin says they voted unanimously to accept the district's offer. Now it goes to all the district's employees for a vote slated for Friday evening at 5:00.
