The University of Arkansas has honored an FOIA request and released personnel records for former Razorback Head Football Coach Bobby Petrino.

The file includes roughly 60 pages on notes taken by Athletic Director Jeff Long throughout his investigation of the incident. In his initial meeting with Coach Petrino to discuss what happened, Long appears to tell Petrino he has reason to terminate him and asks Petrino to explain why he deserves to remain in his position.

The notes detail the relationship between Petrino and Jessica Dorrell, a UA employee who has since resigned, which includes a brief sexual relationship. Petrino told Long the relationship was over when the pair went for a bike ride and ultimately crashed.

Petrino notes he took Dorrell on his bike because he "always told her (he) would take her for a ride on the bike."

Petrino tells Long that he and Dorrell remained close friends following the relationship even going as far as labeling themselves "best friends."

In the course of the investigation, Long also notes the $20,000 payment Petrino gave to Dorrell puts the university at risk of a sexual harassment lawsuit.

The file also includes notes from Senior Associate Athletic Director Jon Fagg. Fagg's notes, perhaps more difficult to read than Long's, indicate the affair started September 2011 and ended in February 2012. Petrino told Fagg that Dorrell approached him about the position she was eventually hired for. The former coach also indicated the affair ended prior to his hiring of Dorrell.
