The man charged with a double homicide in Conway eleven years ago is due in court Friday.

Richard Conte is accused of killing Carter Elliott and Timothy Robinson in Elliott's Conway home back in 2002.

His attorney has filed to have the case dismissed because the crime happened so long ago and some of the witnesses have died.

Conte spent the last nine years in a Nevada prison for kidnapping his ex-wife, who was also Elliott's ex-wife.

Comments

I guess his attorney forgot there is no statue of limitations on murder, I dont care if it happened 50 years ago its still murder
