Decision Pending on Petrino Golf Classic

Official Statement from Arkansas Children's Hospital Foundation regarding the Bobby Petrino Charity Golf Classic:
"After consulting with the Petrino family, we are sad to report that Arkansas Children's Hospital Foundation has no choice but to cancel the June 18, 2012, golf tournament intended to benefit Arkansas Children's Hospital. Coach Petrino apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause. Arkansas Children's Hospital and the Foundation sincerely thank the Petrino family for their personal support."

With Bobby Petrino now out as coach of the Arkansas Razorbacks, a decision is pending about a June fundraiser for Arkansas Children's Hospital.
The Bobby Petrino Golf Classic had been scheduled for Monday, June 18th.
The Arkansas Children's Hospital Foundation addressed the matter in the following statement released today:
"Members of the Arkansas Children's Hospital Foundation Board leadership are in discussions on how we will move forward with regard to the Bobby Petrino Charity Golf Classic, but no final decision has been made at this time."
