New Plan Could Bring Flood Relief to Russellville Residents

RUSSELLVILLE, AR -- Some Russellville residents could see some flooding relief under a retention pond plan proposed by city officials.
Russellville has experienced flash flooding issues across the city.
A retention pond is being proposed to help the True F. Smith subdivision's flooding, as progress is made to help other areas as well.
The plan will be discussed in a neighborhood meeting before a vote by the city council.
