Two Men from North Little Rock Charged with Murder

North Llittle Rock police have two people in custody in the death of an unidentified man. 

21-year-old Clifton Hall III, and 20-year-old Dominique Hall of North Little Rock were arrested at an apartment complex in Bryant shortly before noon.

Both men are charged with murder in connection with a man found shot to death at 17th and Frank Thursday night.

The victim is not expected to be positively identified until the state crime lab regains power.
