Entergy Timeline for Customers without Power

Entergy Arkansas' president and CEO says the company hopes to have all customers across the state with restored power within seven days.

As of 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, less than 10 percent of damage assessments had been completed and 160,000 customers remained without power across the state.

According to President Hugh McDonald, the company hoped to have some customers back on as early as Wednesday evening.

The harder hit areas like Little Rock, Hot Springs, and Malvern could take seven or more days for all customers to be restored in those areas.

Entergy asks for all customers to be patient. An additional 4,000 workers have been requested and will be arriving from out of state within the next few days.
