2012 UA Homecoming Theme Revealed

Time for a holiday?
The University of Arkansas revealed the 2012 Homecoming theme on Tuesday.
"Every Day is a Hog Holiday" kicks off on October 20th with a bunch of big events planned for throughout the week - culminating in the Hogs taking on University of Tulsa on November 3rd. Here's a look at the weekend's events:
Saturday, Oct. 20:
Make a Difference Day: 9 a.m. - 1 p.m.; Register at volunteer.uark.edu.
Tuesday, Oct. 24
*Blood Drive
11 a.m. - 8 p.m., HPER
Wednesday, Oct. 25
*Blood Drive
11 a.m. - 8 p.m., HPER
Friday, Oct. 26
Hogs for Heroes, noon - 2 p.m., Union Connections Lounge
Monday, Oct. 29
"Hot Dogs with Head Hogs" - Free Hotdogs, 11 a.m. - 2 p.m.
Tuesday, Oct. 30
*Homecoming Cook-Off
11 a.m. - 4 p.m.
*Homecoming Banner Contest
Noon - 2 p.m.
"Pig Skin Classic" Flag Football Tournament
Games begin 5:30 p.m., intramural field
Wednesday, Oct. 31
*"Hog Holidays"- Create-A-Hog Event
Connections Lounge: 1 - 4:30 p.m.
Benefits March of Dimes
Thursday, Nov. 1
*Razorback 5K (Cross Country facilities 4 p.m.-4:30 p.m. check-in; 6 p.m. race start time)
*Homecoming Banners due to Janelle Y. Hembree House at 5 p.m.
Friday, Nov. 2
Lawn Decorating Competition
Judging begins at 12 p.m.
Dickson Street Parade
Floats lineup: 2 - 5 p.m.
Preliminary Judging: 5 p.m.
Parade begins: 6 p.m.
Homecoming Pep Rally
Chi Omega Greek Theater: 8 p.m.

Hog Wild Tailgate, Janelle Y. Hembree Alumni House and "Hog Holidays" Create a Hog Winners Displayed (two hours prior to game).
Arkansas Razorbacks vs. University of Tulsa, time to be determined.
