A Benton house was destroyed as a storm passed through the Alcoa Road area. The house is located on Sleepy Village Road.

The Department of Emergency Management tells KARK that a tree fell and destroyed the home. The homeowners were next door at a neighbor's house when it happened. No one was injured.

A KARK crew is on their way to the area. We will keep you updated as we get more information.
