Gould Bills Pile Up, City Still in Financial Limbo After Council Members Refuse to Show

Tuesday night in Gould, two city council members fail to show up to an emergency meeting for the second time in as many days.
Leaving the city in financial limbo, according to Mayor Ernest Nash.
Nash says the city bills have not been paid since January and they cannot move forward until they meet quorum.
He adds there is no state law to help get the city out of trouble.
He's asking the two chronically absent board members to show up to a Thursday meeting or resign.
