The man accused of murdering a 21-year-old college student six years ago is still awaiting trial.

Monday morning the Washington County Judge postponed his trial and is yet to set another date.

Rico Cohn pleaded not guilty at his arraignment in June.

Fayetteville Police believe Cohn killed Nina Ingram in April of 2006.

Ingram was found strangled to death in her apartment and for years police had no suspects.

After several recent news stories about the case, investigators received some information that helped them make an arrest.

Cohn faces a charge of capital murder.
