Olympic Alert: Little Rock's Michael Tinsley Brings Home Silver Medal

Arkansan Michael Tinsley has won a medal in the 400m hurdles.

Tinsley came in second to win the Silver Medal this afternoon in London with a lifetime best time of 47:91.

Tinsley is a Little Rock native who went to high school at Pulaski Robinson. 

"Can't say thank you enough to all my family, friends and twitter family for all the love and support," said Tinsley via his Twitter account. "Such a great feeling!"

Tinsley won the 400m hurdles event at the 2012 Olympic Trials with a time of 48.33 to earn a spot on the U.S. Olympic team.
