Dozens of Central Arkansas teenage girls had a very special visitor for their final day of a health and fitness camp in west Little Rock.

Camp iRock hosted Olympic gold medalist Dominique Dawes.

It's the second year for this camp. It's free to the middle school girls who attend. It teaches them how to be healthy for the rest of their lives.

Dawes says as a gymnast. She battled body issues of her own, but overcame them.

"It's all about recognizing how powerful our mind is. Our mind can talk us into something as quick as it can talk us out of something," said Dawes.
