A denied last minute deal means Occupy Little Rock is scheduled to be shut down Wednesday morning.

A press conference was held at city hall Tuesday where occupiers said they met with City Manager Bruce Moore and were denied a final request to stay at their campsite at 4th and Ferry.

The city is shutting down the campsite at 7 a.m. Wednesday so the parking lot can be used for the upcoming Riverfest.

Occupiers said they're not going to leave on their own.

"Tomorrow is d-day at the parking lot," said Greg Deckelman spokesperson for the Occupiers, "There will be approximately ten of us there to be arrested, there could be a little more than that. "

KARK 4 News will be at the campsite and will bring you the latest as the events unfold.
