Voters in North Carolina approved a constitutional amendment defining marriage between a man and a woman. They become the 30th state to ban same-sex marriage.

Closing Arguments in Hudson Murder Trial
Closing arguments are set to begin in the murder trial of the man accused of killing Jennifer Hudson's family.
Prosecutors spent two weeks arguing their case and called more than 80 witnesses.
The defense took just 30-minutes to present its case and never called William Balfour to the stand.
Balfour is accused of killing Hudson's mother, brother and nephew.
