The CIA and the FBI uncovered and foiled an ambitious airline bomb plot by al Qaeda in the nation of Yemen.
U.S. officials say they stopped a would-be suicide bomber before a ticket was ever purchased.
The FBI says they have the bomb from Yemen in their labs for testing.
The plan was to use an upgrade to the underwear bomb which failed to detonate back in 2009.
Officials say the new bomb was non-metallic, designed to pass undetected thru the best in airport security.

Santorum Endorses Romney
Former GOP Presidential candidate Rick Santorum told supporters in an e-mail Monday that he's endorsing his one-time rival Mitt Romney.
Santorum met with Romney last Friday and told supporters he was fully able to determine where the likely GOP nominee stood on a wide swath of issues.
The former Pennsylvania Senator wrote in his e-mail that above all else the two agree that President Obama must be defeated and that will require "all hands on deck."
Santorum dropped out of the race in early April.
