Osborne Family Property to be Auctioned in Little Rock, Hot Springs

Property owned by a Little Rock businessmen/philanthropist who died last summer is being put up for auction.
Breezy Osborne-Wingfield, the daughter of the late Jennings Osborne and his wife Mitzi, confirms via a Facebook post that starting the week of June 5 every property her parents owned will be auctioned. She says that beginning June 7 the family's personal estate assets will be auctioned as well. [The complete property details are below].
The real estate auctions involve four homes in Little Rock and a fifth in Hot Springs.
No details are known about the family's precise financial difficulties since Osborne's death. But that's not the only distress the family is dealing with.
In a post she titled, Auction of My Childhood Home-The White House on Cantrell, Osborne-Wingfield also revealed that the family has also filed numerous police reports for break-ins at their properties.
"It pains me that my childhood home-what is like Arkansas' Graceland-will not be apart of my physical life anymore," Osborne-Wingfield said, while thanking those who've been helping her family at this difficult time. "To my sweet friends that have bent over backwards with love, support-emotionally & physically-you'll never know what a gift you are to each of us," she says.
Jennings Osborne was known for the huge holiday light displays outside his home that later expanded to the State Capitol and Disney World, as well as his elaborate free barbecues that fed hundreds at a time and urged others to have a "random act of kindness."
He died last July after being hospitalized for months.
