Benton Rape Suspect Arrested in Louisiana

A man was arrested in his Louisiana home and taken to Saline County Jail late last week.
According to the Benton Police Department, 25-year-old William Kepper was arrested on rape charges last Thursday for an incident reported in October 2012.
Police say the alleged rape incidents occurred over a 4-year period with a person under the age of 14.
Kepper is currently being held in the Saline County Detention Facility awaiting a bond hearing.
