Five years after a Little Rock business man went missing, his family is no closer to knowing what happened to him.

John Glasgow was last seen on January 28th, 2008.

About one year ago, we were the very first to report that an inmate claimed to know where Glasgow's body is buried.

Monday, the businessman's family says they hold hope that someone knows something that will help them.

"I just really still miss him. I think about him a lot," said Roger Glasgow, John Glasgow's brother.

Glasgow says despite the passage of five years, the pain of John's disappearance is just as fresh now as it was back then.

"Five years ago, I never thought I would be sitting here, talking about this case still being a mystery and here I am," Glasgow said.

Then 45 and CFO of CDI Contractors in Little Rock, John Glasgow left for work one Monday morning and has never been seen or heard from again.

His car was found just a few days after his disappearance on Petit Jean Mountain, wiped clean of all evidence.

The only real glimmer of hope for Glasgow's family came last year.

We learned convicted felon Jon Brawner claimed he helped bury Glasgow's body in a field in Lonoke County. Police believed his statements enough to begin an intensive search with sonars and backhoes.

But that dig turned up nothing.

"No other leads since," said Sgt. Cassandra Davis with the Little Rock Police Department.

Police say it's still just a missing person's case, one, they say, that has now gone cold.

"With five years you would think you would come up with some evidence to lead you in the right direction but unfortunately that hasn't been the case," said Sgt. Davis.

Roger Glasgow, though, says his brother wouldn't want them to give up. He says more must be done to get answers.

"Would like to see the powers that be, gen up the motors again and get involved again," Glasgow said.

He still believes Brawner may have been involved. But others, too, he says, could hold keys to cracking this case.

"You know it's not going to bring him back but it will bring some resolution to whatever in the world happened to him," Glasgow said.

Glasgow says his family has long believed John Glasgow is dead and even had a judge legally declare him dead about two years ago.

Brawner is still serving time in prison for unrelated felonies.

Of course, we'll bring you any more on this case as it develops.
