Heifer International: The Nepal Project

Heifer International has recently begun a $23 million project in the Nepal, aimed at boosting local goat milk production. Nepal is one of the world's poorest countries, with almost 40 percent of the population living in poverty. Agriculture provides the main livelihood for most of those.
