Jury Trial for Double Murder Starts this Week in Faulkner County

A jury trial is scheduled to start this week for Richard Conte the man accused in a double murder in Conway more than a decade ago.

Conte charged with two counts of capital murder for the deaths of Carter Elliott and Timothy Robinson in Elliott's Conway home back in 2002.

Conte was just charged with the crimes last year after he was released from a Nevada prison on rape charges.
