Prosecutors Upgrade Charges in Faulkner County Shooting

Andrew Elrod is now charged with first degree murder after prosecutors say he shot and killed Charles Hooten and injured Debbie Ford in Faulkner County earlier this month.

Elrod had originally been charged with battery, but prosecutors say they had enough evidence to upgrade the charges
