Update: Power Restored at Pulaski County Humane Society

By: KARK
Updated: December 29, 2012

The Humane Society of Pulaski County has power this morning.

A representative of the HSPC reports that they have generators standing by in case they lose power again.

Plans for investing in "a more permanent and reliable backup" are being discussed.

The shelter still needs monetary donations, and bedding for the animals (old sheets, blankets, towels, bath mats, comforters, anything that can be washed).

To donate, you can go by the shelter at 14600 Colonel Glenn, or go to www.warmhearts.org and click on the donate button.

You may also drop off supplies at Frank Fletcher Dodge at 5922 Warden Road in North Little Rock.
